TRENTON, NJ - Governor Phil Murphy released the latest COVID-19 figures from around New Jersey on Monday afternoon. 

According to the state report, Passaic County recorded 22 new positive cases bringing the total to 19,627, 7,967 of them in Paterson, since the outbreak began in March.

Passaic County continues to offer free testing both via mobile sites and through the distribution of at home kits while the City of Paterson launched a mobile testing service last week.

In New Jersey, there were 478 new positive cases reported on Monday, with one new death. Statewide, there have been 214,097 positive cases and 14,387 deaths.

Murphy also reported that Ocean County had the most new positive cases Monday with 89 reported, followed by Essex County with 56, Bergen County with 47, Union County with 42, and Hudson County with 40.
