PATERSON, NJ - A pair of Paterson brothers face up to 20 years in prison for the most serious charge of Attempted Murder in connection with a shooting law enforcement officials say they were involved in Thursday in the area of Hamilton Avenue.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora, Johan Lake-Rodriguez, 28, fired multiple gunshots at the victim from a moving vehicle driven by his brother, Jerry Lake-Rodriguez, 27, at approximately 4:34 p.m. striking and injuring the 26-year-old Paterson man.
Both men were arrested Friday in the area of 10th Avenue.
