PATERSON, NJ - A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a July 13 shooting that left an East Orange man severely injured.

In a statement Wednesday Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announced that  Harold Hood, 31, from Staten Island, NY, has been charged with Attempted Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Handgun, and Possession of a Handgun for an Unlawful Purpose. 

As reported by TAPinto Paterson the shooting took place in the area of Getty Avenue and Hemlock Street and has previously led to the arrest of three men, including two New York City Corrections Officers. 

Hood faces up to 20 years in prison.
