PATERSON, NJ - An investigation into the trafficking of illegal narcotics at 634 E. 27th Street led to a Monday raid that turned up more than 5,000 glassines of heroin, a loaded handgun with hollow point bullets, and almost $5,000 in US currency.

According to Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale the investigation was launched following multiple complaints of the activity. 

On Monday narcotics detectives set up surveillance of the location who reported observing two males, identified as George Love and Andrew Mcallister, purchasing heroin. Both men were arrested.

Following these arrests detectives raided the premises at approximately 7:10 p.m. and arrested Ernesto Regalado, Jose Classen, Nick Colon, Juan Carlos Regalado, and Kelsi Beadle charging them with various crimes related to the possession of, and intent to distribute, the drugs.
