PATERSON, NJ - Law enforcement officials have confirmed that two Paterson men were shot, one fatally, in front a residence at 21 Belle Avenue on Sunday.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald, police officers responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 5:43 p.m. 

Upon their arrival officers discovered evidence of a crime scene outside the home where the shooting had taken place but no victims.

A short time later, the report said, two victims arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center by way of a private vehicle. While Fabian Anglin , 42, was admitted with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, Anthony Anglin, 38, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 6:25 p.m.
