PATERSON, NJ - Two Paterson men are in critical condition after being shot Friday. A third man, a 35-year-old Newark man, was also injured.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora, members of the Paterson Police Department responded to the area of 10th Avenue and East 26th Street at approximately 9:09 p.m. on a report of shots fired.   Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a potential crime scene, and the three victims who had each sustained non-fatal gunshot wounds. 

The victims were immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
