PATERSON, NJ - An alleged “house of prostitution” was raided by members of the Paterson Police Department Tuesday, Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale announced.

In a statement, Speziale described that complaints were received regarding activity at 401 Main Street where males would enter the second floor apartment “during all hours of the day and night” where prostitutes would conduct sexual acts in exchange for money. 

During the operation law enforcement officials made three arrests, including of two women said to be working prostitutes and one man who was allegedly overseeing the operation. Police also recovered one jar of marijuana, one baggie of cocain, and $913 in cash.

Felipe Valez, 44, Paterson

Glenys Parra Lopez, 35, Bronx, NY

Maria Richiez, 50, Providence, RI
