PATERSON, NJ - A fifth person is reported to have been shot on a violent Thursday which saw three separate shooting incidents across the city.

According to sources, the third incident came just after 8:00 p.m. in the area of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Harrison Street. The victim, who is said to have sustained serious injuries, was transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center by Paterson Fire Department EMTs.

The incident follows one that claimed the life of one man, and injured another, on Circle Avenue, and a second one just over an hour later that left two men injured in the area of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Governor Street.
