Update 10:56 P.M. - According to a statement by Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald the victims in the Monday shooting are two Paterson residents, aged 23 and 27, and two Garfield residents, aged 20 and 18.

All of the victims are males and were reportedly found with non-fatal gunshot wounds inside a establishment on 12th Avenue and transported to the Saint Joseph's for treatment.

PATERSON, NJ - Four people were reportedly shot on 12th Avenue between Madison Avenue and East 23rd Street on Monday.

While no information has been released about the victims two sources familiar with the situation have said police were heard asking for medics from St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center to put a  “rush” on their response to the scene at approximately 7:55 p.m.
