PATERSON, NJ - An uptick in violence appears to have continued Monday with law enforcement officials announcing that a 21-year-old Paterson man is suspected to have been shot in the area of Broadway and 26th Street.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald, the victim arrived at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center at approximately 5:29 p.m. seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.

Two men were shot on Saturday, one in the early morning hours and one late that night. On Thursday three men were shot, one fatally, while standing in front of Riverview towers on Presidential Blvd
