PISCATAWAY, NJ – Black Belt World celebrated its grand opening in Piscataway with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on Saturday, Sept. 14th.

Located at 1032 Stelton Road, Black Belt World (BBW) features modern Tae Kwon Do martial arts curriculum and training for children and adults, teaching both self-defense and self-improvement skills.

Mayor Brian Wahler joined BBW’s students and Grand Master Hyun Jun Kim, Head Master Young Min Oh, and the business’s president, Young Sung Kim to help cut the ribbon, officially announcing they are open for business.

Saturday’s open house and back to school festival also featured Tae Kwon Do demonstrations and dance performances in the dojo or studio's main parking lot, along with a school supply giveaway, bounce houses and parent information from local businesses.

And Master Oh led a special class for visiting children, showing them basic Tae Kwon Do kicks and punches and challenging them to a pushup competition.
