NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Matt and Diane Feldman of Highland Park were honored on Sunday June 9 at Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple in New Brunswick with the Crown of Torah Award. This is the most prestigious award the synagogue offers honoring those who provide service to the Anshe Emeth community and the community at large.
The Feldmans have raised nearly $400,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis Societyover the last twenty years with their team Park Peddlers.
Their service to the community includes seats on the boards of the AECDC, (Anshe Emeth Community Development Board), Central Jersey Diaper Bank, Cultural Access Network Project and the Highland Park Commission for Universal Access.
Matt and Diane have been married for 35 years. They are incredibly proud of their children, sons, Jeff and Brian, as well as their daughter in law, Ana, (wife of Jeff) and their granddaughter, Ava.
Matt and Diane have personally made the difference in the experience of people living with Multiple Sclerosis through their intensive fundraising efforts, in their advocacy for those using wheelchairs and living with disabilities throughout the state, as well as the lives of mothers, children and families in Central New Jersey.
