PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Special Education Parent Advisory (SEPA) of Piscataway Township Schools will feature Dr. Christopher Manente, Executive Director of the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) at their meeting on Tuesday, March 7 at 7 p.m.  

According to the RCAAS, “Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the fastest growing developmental disabilities in America, with an estimated one in 68 children nationally and one in 45 in New Jersey carrying a diagnosis.”

At Tuesday’s meeting, Dr. Manente will share his knowledge of services available for adults with ASD, as well as provide an overview of the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services.

The meeting will be held in the board room of the Piscataway Board of Education Building located at 1515 Stelton Road and refreshments will be served.
