SOMERVILLE, NJ – The Somerset County Prosecutor's office and Somerville police are looking for the public's help in an investgiation of two small fires at Immaculate Conception Church at on New Year’s Eve.

According to county Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano, two small fires were discovered by a parish priest at 11:25 p.m. in the church sacristy.

The priest quickly extinguished both fires and notified Somerville police. Detectives along with the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Crime Scene Investigations and Forensic Unit responded to investigate.
