PISCATAWAY, NJ -- Just a reminder, Daylight Savings Time officially comes to an end this weekend on Sunday, Nov. 6 at 2:00 a.m., so be sure to set your clocks back one hour. 

While everyone will get an extra hour of sleep, the end of Daylight Savings Time means that it will get darker earlier. On Sunday, sunset is set 5:48 p.m. Each day after that the sun will set one minute earlier until The Winter Solstice on December 21, 2016.

For early risers, they will see the sun a little sooner this Sunday as sunrise is set for 6:34 a.m. EST

Also, be sure to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and if they are more than 10 years old, replace them.
