SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Two suspects stole an ATM machine from a gas station on Route 1 in South Brunswick Saturday morning, according to police. 

Raceway gas station employees called police 10 pm Saturday, July 7 to report that their ATM was missing from the lobby, according to police. 

The employees told police they last saw the ATM on Friday night.

Police say officer Brooke Goetz and Jamal Benbow worked with gas station management to review surveillance video of the station.

Video footage revealed two suspects broke into the lobby at 2:38 am Saturday morning and loaded the ATM machine into a van, according to police. 

The ATM may have contained $500 in cash, according to police. 

Police are providing the public with the video in the hope someone can identify the suspects.
