SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ -  It was cold as ice but that didn't stop David and Dalton Rosenfarb from taking the 23rd Annual Polar Bear Plunge to raise money for the New Jersey Special Olympics.
 
The event, which is organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics New Jersey, raised $1.7 million for Special Olympics New Jersey, officials said.
