NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Rutgers Police are searching for a man who allegedly touched a woman’s buttocks with his hand before fleeing on his bicycle down College Avenue on Sunday.

The woman, who is affiliated with Rutgers, said she was walking on Bishop Place between College Avenue and George Street at about 7 p.m. when the alleged criminal sexual contact occurred, police said in a post on social media.

She was not physically injured during the incident, police said.

The man is described as white or Asian in his late 20s. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a red and black winter coat, black pants and a black beanie along with a black Gaiter face mask, police said. The bicycle was described as a black “road bike.”
