Wendy Miller

About Me: I am a life-long resident of Piscataway, moving with my family from Bayonne to the Heights section of town when I was a year old. I currently live with my husband and two daughters in the historic district near Rutgers Stadium and work for Johnson & Johnson as an analyst. I am grateful for the education and opportunities that afforded my family and I, therefore I believe strongly in giving back – currently as a Girl Scout troop leader and volunteer for my younger daughter’s school PTO.

What I stand for: I believe that Piscataway's government should be opened up for all

  • The council meetings should be broadcasted
  • Regular community forums should be helf on important issues like new developments and tax increases
  • Pay-to-Play must end, and corporate campaign contributions should be rejected
  • Information and materials regarding upcoming local decisions should be put online

Why I am running: Running for County Committee is another step along the same path. As a representative for Ward 4, District 10 I am committed to representing the concerns of the community with elected officials and encouraging transparency/accountability in our local government.
