NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A Middlesex County Superior Court judge has apologized for his conduct during a family court hearing in January in which he told a woman, who was seeking to have suggestive photos of herself returned, that she should sell photos of herself to Hugh Hefner.

Rutgers Targum Will Publish Four Times a Week During 2019-20 School Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The Daily Targum, the student-run newspaper that has been covering Rutgers for 150 years, will continue publishing during the 2019-20 school year.
