Finding Inner Peace Through Meditation: Free Talk on the Teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda

“Finding Inner Peace Through Meditation” is a free public lecture and guided meditation to be presented by a monastic disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda on Wednesday, May 23 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The talk is part of a weekend-long event hosted by Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi and subject of the documentary AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda. Brother Saralananda, a long-time SRF monk who presently serves as the minister of the SRF Temple in Fullerton, California, will give the lecture. The free talk and guided meditation will be held at the Hyatt Regency Princeton at 102 Carnegie Center. Admission is free, and all are welcome. The weekend-long event includes meditation technique classes for those who sign up for the SRF Lessons.
