EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Playhouse 22, East Brunswick’s Community Theater presents Rumors, a comedy by Neil Simon, running April 13 through April 29.  

Directed by Mark Kalet, Rumors take place in the home of the Deputy Mayor of New York City and his wife, on the night of their anniversary.  As their friends arrive for the party, they find that Charlie has been injured from a gunshot and Myra is missing.  A set of unfortunate circumstances lead to the police showing up, and havoc ensues.  

Guests are invited to join the cast and crew for a special opening night reception, sponsored by the East Brunswick Stop and Shop and Ibby's Mediterranean Grill in East Brunswick, to be held after the April 13 performance.

The play is suggested for mature audiences only.  

Playhouse 22’s performances will be Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. Tickets are $22/adults and $20/seniors and students, and can be purchased online at Playhouse22.org; calling the Box Office at (732) 254-3939; or at the door on the day of the performance. 

Playhouse 22 is conveniently located at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

Rutgers Hikes Tuition, Student Fees for 2018-2019 Academic Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Rutgers University Board of Governors today approved a 2.3 percent hike in tuition and fees, as well as increases for dorm rooms and meals, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
