PISCATAWAY, NJ — Due to the adjustment of professional development dates in the schedule, the first day for students in Piscataway Township Schools has moved to Tuesday, September 8.

In his Wednesday update to families, Superintendent Dr. Frank Ranelli said:

In order to introduce our teachers to additional programs, apps, and strategies for remote instruction, the plan calls for three full days of professional development in early September. This professional development continues the push that began this summer to equip our teachers with the ability to seamlessly incorporate technology into learning plans.”
