PISCATAWAY, NJ – Piscataway High School’s Superchief Marching Band will travel down the road to East Brunswick on Oct. 26 for the 37th Annual East Brunswick Marching Band Competition.

The Superchiefs are coming off a recent trip to the West Orange Competition where they took home trophies for Best Overall Effect and Best Color Guard. They will go up against high school band programs from around the region including:

Rahway High School, Watchung Hills Regional High School, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Franklin Township High School, Clearview Regional High School, Monroe Township High School, North Brunswick Township High School, Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, JP Stevens High School, Westfield High School, and East Brunswick High School.

The Saturday evening competition will be at East Brunswick High School, 380 Cranbury Road East Brunswick from 4:45 pm-9:00 pm.

General admission is $10, $5 for students with ID and $8 those over 65.



The competition’s host, the EBHS Marching Band requests patrons donate a non-perishable food item for the Community Food Bank, and “to come join the band for an exciting evening of marching, music and making memories.”
