Superintendent Dr. Frank Ranelli’s alert to Piscataway families said:

“We are in the same situation we were in last week regarding vaccinations for staff. Our provider will not be getting the allocated vaccination doses they were promised, and we are disappointed to report we must cancel our April 30 plans to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to staff.

Because of this change, on Friday, April 30 we will resume our regular Hybrid Schedule, and hold in-person classes for Hybrid Students in Group 2.

With COVID-19 vaccines now readily available throughout the state in local pharmacies and numerous medical offices, as well as State megasites, we will not reschedule a vaccination day within our District.

Please continue to follow all CDC guidelines for mask wearing, social distancing, and hand-washing as we work together to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff.”
