PISCATAWAY, NJ — In his Friday update, Piscataway Schools superintendent, Dr. Frank Ranelli announced that township families will now be able to receive breakfast and lunch on weekends as part of the district’s meal delivery program.

“The district expanded our meal distribution program to ensure that families in the community have access to food during this crisis,” said Ranelli. “All families that pickup ‘Grab and Go’ meals on Fridays will receive additional meals for the weekend.”

He also reminded parents that “our Guidance Department stands ready to help any student in need of mental health services, or just someone to talk to on a hard day.”

“All other schools will receive direct communication from their principal for moving up ceremonies, celebrations, and other logistical events as they pertain to each individual school and grade level,” he said.
