"I chose to get involved in the restaurant business because I've always had a passion for cooking and bringing people together with food," Colon told TAPinto. "I believe eating great food is one of the joys of life."

Elizabeth Colon: One of the unique things about my restaurant is the fact that we prepare our food as if we're making it for our family members. We believe our customers can taste the love and dedication we put into our food and restaurant overall.

Elizabeth Colon: It is important for people to know that we prioritize fresh ingredients and try to create a welcoming environment for our amazing customers.

Elizabeth Colon: What sets us apart from our competition is that we have a wide variety of authentic delicious Dominican food that can't be found anywhere else but Punta Cana Grill! 

Punta Cana Grill is open for dine-in or take-out from 10 am to 10 pm, Monday through Sunday, patrons can also call ahead at (732) 659-6020 for pick up orders.
