PISCATAWAY, NJ - The Goddard School of Piscataway recently accepted the Crusader for the Cure award. The School received this recognition for the outstanding contributions they have made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Student Series campaign for fifteen consecutive years.
The adorable preschoolers participate in two fundraisers a year to raise money for the organization – “Pennies for Patients” – utilizing STEAM curriculum to teach students about research and how their fundraising efforts are helping fellow children, and Pajama Day.
Photos of the little preschoolers on their pajama day, and with their fundraising boxes are attached.
Over the years, the School has collected over $25,000 – the most money per student in the entire state of New Jersey!
The School would like to thank their students and families for all their continued participation, donations and support benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
