PISCATAWAY, NJ - As of Tuesday afternoon, Middlesex County health officials reported there are 22 new cases, bringing the total to 145 people that have now tested positive for COVID-19 in Piscataway. No additional information regarding the new cases was provided.
According to live updates on covid19.nj.gov, in Middlesex County, there are a total of 3,717, and 100 deaths. The total number of cases in New Jersey stands at 44,416, with 1,232 deaths.
Statewide, there are a total of 50,558 negative test results reported by the state-run and private laboratories, according to the NJDOH.
The increasing cases are expected as the total number of positive cases throughout the State has increased. Please continue practicing social distancing and limit gathering in our effort to flatten the curve.
