PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Piscataway Township Police Department ask senior residents across the township to complete a House Check form in a case of an emergency at their home. They would also like seniors to post a list of medications and allergies on their refrigerator.

An announcement on the police department’s Facebook page states:

“Attention seniors! We encourage you to fill out the linked House Check form in case of an emergency at your home. With this information on file, we can better serve you.

The form may be mailed or brought to Police Department headquarters at 555 Sidney Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854 or it may be dropped off at the Senior Center’s reception desk. If any information changes, please send in another form and we will be happy to make the changes in our system. 

Senior residents are also encouraged to leave a list of medications and allergies on their refrigerator in case there comes a time when you are unable to communicate with us.
