PLAINFIELD, NJ - A partnership between Plainfield's Division of Parks and Recreation, the Plainfield Rescue Squad, and the Plainfield Office of Emergency Management brings you Community CPR Day.
On December 13, 2007, a Congressional resolution deemed June 1-7 each year as National CPR and AED Awareness Week to highlight how lives can be saved if more Americans are trained to do CPR and to use an automated external defibrillators, or AED.
Plainfield's hands-only CPR training is free, and will take place at the Plainfield High School on Saturday, June 3 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
