PLAINFIELD, NJ - The Plainfield school district, in partnership with the Greater Central Jersey Clergy Association, will host a Community Empowerment Expo on Saturday, March 25th.

The event will include exhibitors specializing in job and career development, and the health and education fields.  Attendees will receive actionable information, and the expo will feature demonstrations.

Both major corporations and local organizations will be on hand to talk about career opportunities.

Area groups like Iris House and HomeFirst, and larger groups like the United Way, will be available to talk about healthy initiatives. 

And a variety of schools and institutions, including Plainfield Public Schools and the duCret School of Art, will be in attendance to talk about education.

Plainfield High School is located at 950 Park Avenue.  The Expo runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
