UNION COUNTY, NJ – A free program showing Union County businesses owners how to navigate the federal and state procurement systems to become government contractors is being offered by UCEDC, a nonprofit economic development corporation that is dedicated to helping New Jersey’s small business community.

The program will lead business owners through the registration processes for the federal and state procurement systems, show where to go to get a clear picture of who’s buying what, and share the secrets to becoming a sub-contractor, among other essential practices.

Those already registered with the government are welcome to take a refresher course.
