PLAINFIELD, NJ - Summer break is here, so kids, why not spend it with Plainfield's First Responders?  Enjoy a week of fun and learning, geared towards teaching the youth in the city about the important roles police, fire and rescue squad members play in protecting residents.

The youth academy program will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following days:

  • Wednesday, June 26, with the Plainfield Fire Division
  • Thursday, June 27, with the Plainfield Rescue Squad
  • Friday, June 28, with the Plainfield Police Division
  • Monday, July 1 - it's Game Day with First Responders!

The free program is for students ages 10 to 14 years old who will be provided with lunch and a snack each day.
