Harnessing the Power of Plainfield’s Non-Profits

The Plainfield YMCA branch of Greater Somerset County has been working with the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance to deliver 300 boxes of 5-day food supplies to local residents in need each week, starting the week of May 4th.  I have been working with additional local non-profits to join forces with the Plainfield Y to increase the number of boxes that can be produced weekly.

At this time we are working to produce 500-600 5-day supplies of boxed foods per week - but we need the help of the community for the community.
