Update, April 20, 6:00 p.m.:

The owner has been located.  Unfortunately, the dog was already picked up by AHS, so now the owner will have to go pick him up from Newark.  The owner did call the dog in as missing, but there was confusion about the breed.  This little guy is a Rottweiler mix.  Remember folks, tag your pets so you can avoid an unnecessary trip to the shelter and the associated fees of getting your pet back.
