PLAINFIELD, NJ - The Plainfield Public Library has announced that its next exhibit will feature the work of local photographer, Carl Monopoli.

The “Plainfield City Wildlife” show will feature 36 full-color, photographs taken by Monopoli, who is documenting the incredible wildlife of Plainfield. From the thriving fox population to frogs, birds, and bugs – Monopoli catches them all.

Carl’s interest in nature began almost at birth and he has been shooting pictures since almost that time. Photography as a pastime, he says, has only recently bordered on the obsessive. He is now 48 years old, and is shooting and posting shots almost every day in Plainfield City. He makes daily photo posts on Instagram  @carlmonopoliphoto and at 500px/carlmonopoli.
