September is Emergency Preparedness Month! On Sunday, September 30 at 1 pm, Devin Kerins, FEMA Preparedness Officer, and Dennis VanNatta, Coordinator of the Scotch Plains Office of Emergency Management, are teaming up to provide you with essential information to better prepare yourselves, your families, and your businesses for a disaster. They will discuss family emergency plans, financial preparedness, disaster communication, and community involvement. Registration is recommended for this event. Please note: this program will be repeated on Monday, October 1 at 7 pm.
