Teachers were hired to teach Special Education, Science, Math and Bilingual Education

Plainfield, NJ- August 20, 2019 – A Job Fair that offered “Hiring on the Spot” brought many educators to Plainfield Public Schools with many leaving with teaching positions ready to start September 5, 2019!

“This was a very successful job fair for us!” said Carletta Jones, Assistant Human Resources Director. “It was probably the best turnout ever, as far as being able to hire people on the spot. In the past we’ve had large job fairs, but this time we have a great number of viable candidates. We were able to hire for our most critical areas such as Special Education, Science, and Bilingual Education including hard to find, Bilingual Science.”
