CHATHAM, NJ - Donna Leyens is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs to grow extraordinary companies and create their own destiny.
In 2010, with the help of B.I.G. founder Tara Gilvar, Donna launched the Chatham/Madison B.I.G. Pod. Today, the Chatham/Madison Pod has more than 40 active members, and meets each month at the Chatham United Methodist Church. B.I.G. has played a very special role in Donna’s life over the past six years, enabling her to share her business knowledge, learn from the amazingly supportive women who are B.I.G., and create lasting friendships and collaborations.
Donna Leyens holds an MBA and is both an entrepreneur and a Certified Professional Business Coach. She is also the co-founder and President of Provendus Group, where she developed the Pumpkin Plan Action Guide, based on the book The Pumpkin Plan by her business partner, Mike Michalowicz. The program provides business coaches with a certification and step by step framework to guide their business clients to grow their companies and attain the personal and financial freedom they dream of.
Donna is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs and loves to work directly with small business owners to create highly effective strategies that attract more of their best customers while implementing and perfecting the systems that will support their company’s profitable growth. At the same time, she enthusiastically works with business coaches to do the same for themselves and their clients.
Over the past 30 years, Donna has transformed herself from a Wall Street Analyst into an entrepreneur, launching and running 3 successful businesses while raising her two children. Donna earned her MBA in finance from NYU Stern and her coaching certification from The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Donna and her B.I.G.
