NEWARK, NJ - The train that connects passengers to terminals in Newark Airport will shut down from Saturday night to Sunday morning for maintenance.
The AirTrain Newark will close from 8 p.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday. The Port Authority will provide free shuttle buses between Newark Liberty International Airport’s rail link station, Terminals A, B and C, and the P2, P3 and P4 parking lots.
Although the AirTrain connects passengers to other train lines, it will not impact NJ Transit or Amtrack service.
Additional airport customer care, AirTrain and other Port Authority staff will be on hand to help passengers with directions during the temporary suspension.
