MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ — Catch cover band The Nerds this Saturday at the Holy Trinity School of Westfield and Mountainside's fall festival celebrating its 100 year anniversary. Additionally, the festival promises carnival games, food trucks, face painters, prizes a tricky tray and more.
The Nerds will play from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. A DJ will follow the performance until 6 p.m.
“Holy Trinity has been providing Catholic education to the greater Westfield and Mountainside community for 100 years. We love being part of it and felt that celebrating with our community was a wonderful way to mark the occasion,” Sarann Wood, a parent volunteer and member of the Holy Trinity School advisory board, said.
Family tickets are available for purchase for $40 at Baron’s Drug Store in downtown Westfield, Christoffers in Mountainside and online. They will also be sold at the event for $45 per family or $20 per individual.
“We hope that people from our communities in Westfield and Mountainside join us for fun for all the family,” Wood said. “It really promises to be a great day.”
The event starts at 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity's Mountainside campus, 304 Central Ave.
