SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Being able to communicate and persuade effectively is one of the most important skills in business today.  Learn to become a more effective communicator on Thursday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the Scotch Plains Public Library.

Learn techniques for feeling comfortable when speaking in difficult or awkward settings and learn the secrets to being memorable. 

Oscar Ocasio believes anyone can become an engaging and memorable communicator by learning simple techniques we often overlook. An award-winning public speaker and a Toastmaster for over 6 years, Oscar is a mentor and coach to people interested in elevating their leadership, public speaking and presentation skills.  He is currently the President of SpeakAbility Toastmasters in Scotch Plains/Fanwood.
