Two Concerts in Two Days in Plainfield

PLAINFIELD, NJ - It's a musical week in Plainfield, with two concerts in two days.

On Wednesday, Aug. 9th enjoy 'Music in the Park' at Milt Campbell Field.  The evening kicks off with the 2017 Plainfield Idol Competition.  Other acts inlude MPACK and Harold Melvin's Blue Notes.  The R&B Battle of the Groups pits WINFREE vs. The Delfonics Revue.

Milt Campbell Field is located at 1322-64 East Third Street in Plainfield.  In case of inclement weather, the concert will take place at Shiloh Baptist Church Community Life and Cultural Arts Center, located at 515-521 West Fourth Street in Plainfield.

Thursdays in August you can catch bands jamming at City Hall Plaza, 515 Watchung Avenue.  This week, Brick City Soul Collective will play R&B and jazz smooth sounds to entertain the crowd. 

Performances are rain or shine for the Thursday concerts.  Bring a chair, and grab a friend!
