Estrada, Vernell Wright, Bette Jane Kowalski and Christopher Hudak present former US Ambassador to Uruguay Julissa Reynoso and Union County College Vice President for Student Development Demond Hargrove with a resolution in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month during a Union County National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at Union County College in Cranford.
