METUCHEN, NJ -- Saint Joseph High School has announced that in order to navigate sports under COVID-19, all events will look a bit different in winter 2021.

The NJSIAA protocols provide a path for a winter sports season with safety at the epicenter of all policies and procedures. Chief among these policies is that the winter season will be contested without spectators indoors. This dramatically changes how our athletic community consumes Saint Joseph sports.

Saint Joseph will utilize technology to provide access to winter sporting events for family, friends, and fans of the Falcons. Later this month, a Hudl Focus camera will be installed in the Maglio Gymnasium. This camera will allow Saint Joseph to stream basketball and wrestling events from the Maglio Gymnasium and integrate with Saint Joseph student media broadcasts.

The Woodbridge Community Center will similarly utilize a LiveBarn technology that will make hockey games available via stream. Additionally, Sainy Joseph will utilize student media broadcasts at swimming, bowling, and winter track as permitted by venues.

Visit the Saint Joseph online calendar for up-to-date schedules and instructions on how to stream.
