PLAINFIELD, NJ — Frontiers International Plainfield Area Club celebrates Women's History Month with a lecture by Annette Alston, entitled "Harriet Tubman, Beyond the Movie."

Alston is an author of two books, Sheri Berry, the Scritch Scratch Cat children’s book, and Harriet Tubman for Beginners.  She is also, according to her website, an experienced teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the primary/secondary education industry.

The presentation will be held at Clinton Elementary School, located at 1302 West 4th Street, on Saturday, March 28 from 1 to 4 p.m.
