Plainfield's Mel Holston Wins First Prize at Art Exhibit

UNION COUNTY, NJ - Mel Holston of Plainfield won first place in the professional drawing category during the opening reception of the 2017 Union County Senior Citizens Art Exhibit.  Union County Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski congratulates Mel Holston of Plainfield on winning first place in the professional drawing category during the opening reception of the 2017 Union County Senior Citizens Art Exhibit in Union.

Kowalski also congratulated Jarrett Goldberg of Springfield on winning non-professional Best in Show and first place in the non-professional sculpture category

The exhibit will be on display through July 10 at Liberty Hall Center, located at 1085 Morris Avenue in Union. Viewing times are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
