Plainfield School Teachers of the Year honored at event at Kean University

UNION, NJ - Teachers from the Plainfield Public School district were honored as Teachers of the Year 2017-2018 on Wednesday at Kean University by the Union County Superintendents. 

The group will be honored by the District at a Red Carpet event later this month.

PLAINFIELD, NJ - An awards ceremony recognizing outstanding students in the Plainfield Public School district on Tuesday was followed by a rushed board of education business meeting that concluded with the selection of a candidate to fill an empty seat.

Plainfield School District Opposes New Charter School Application

PLAINFIELD, NJ -  Ronald E. Bolandi, Interim Superintendent of Plainfield Schools, sent a letter to Dr. Lamont Repollet, Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Education, asking his office to deny the application for a technical charter school in Plainfield.
