PLAINFIELD, NJ – A number of Plainfield residents, who attended Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) during the 2015 spring semester, were named to FDU’s Dean’s List, Honor’s List and were inducted into FDU’s Junior and Senior Honor Societies; Phi Zeta Kappa and Phi Omega Epsilon.

A'neria Bailey, Benny Deleon and Cristhian Quesada, of Plainfield, were named to Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Dean's List. To qualify for the Dean's list a student must carry a 3.2 or better grade point average (GPA), out of a possible 4.0, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours or four courses.

Lisbeth Lopez, Jada Nims and Simone Smith, of Plainfield, were named to Fairleigh Dickinson University's Honor’s List. To qualify for the Honor’s list a student must carry a 3.5 or better grade point average (GPA), out of a possible 4.0, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours or four courses.

Ashley Carrion and Simone Smith, of Plainfield, were inducted into Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Junior Honor Society, Phi Zeta Kappa. Carrion attends FDU’s Florham Campus, located in Madison, NJ, while Smith attends FDU’s Metropolitan Campus, located in Teaneck, NJ.

In order to be eligible for FDU’s Junior Honor Society, students must have completed at least 60 credits towards an undergraduate degree. Of these 60 credits, 44 credits must have been earned at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a cumulative grade point ratio of 3.20 must have been maintained. 

Lisbeth Lopez, of Plainfield, was inducted into Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Senior Honor Society, Phi Omega Epsilon. Lopez attends FDU's Metropolitan Campus located in Teaneck, NJ.

In order to be eligible for FDU’s Senior Honor Society, students must have completed at least 90 earned credits towards an undergraduate degree with a cumulative grade point ratio of 3.50. Of these 90 credits, the last 58 must have been taken at the University and a cumulative grade point ratio of 3.20 must have been maintained.
